ABOUT US

Ambio, a Nordic training consultant firm founded in 2002 work with sales strategy, sales management, leadership and sales training at all levels including customer service and support. We offer all our training in Swedish, English, Danish, Finnish and Norwegian.

Except for our well known and globaly appreciated long term Academies for Sales Directors/Sales Managers and Key Account Managers we also offer shorter versions of training in leadership and sales including one to one coaching and webinars.We are considered as a hands on, operative but also bold and challenging partner. We don’t only teach skills, we are also influencers, culture builders and change drivers. Our training sessions are often described as super fun, lots of laughs, challenging tasks out of the comfortable zone, guided with hands on tools and models that can be implemented the very next day.

We are proud to be independent when it comes to work methods. There are so many tools, theories, concepts and models out there that everyone is claiming to be “it”. But to us, all clients have different situations, objectives and challenges that often doesn’t fit in in just one certain model or training concept.

With that said, we don’t force feed our clients with a specific model or concept just because we know them; we take the relevant bits and parts from each and every known proven concept and simply adjust it to our customers future needs and future business processes. In a bigger perspective than the Nordic countries, we are proud to say that Ambio’s strategies, tools and methods for how to be the no1 Sales Organization are also successfully implemented in countries such as Spain, Brazil, Belarus, Malaysia, Italy, Austria, Ireland, Belgium, Morocco and England. – All our clients are no 1 in their field.
